1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Within 10 Days: You may return products within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

1.2 Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all tags, seals, and labels intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@lovemymakeup.co.za within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

2.2 Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

2.3 Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product(s).

3. Refund or Exchange

3.1 Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within [X] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
